During my weekly re-watching of Community, I was reminded that an entire episode was dedicated to the study group's Goodfellian pursuit of chicken fingers. Needing a break after last week's culinary marathon, I jumped at the opportunity to brine some tendies in pickle juice just to see what happens. Turns out, it tastes real good! Thanks Greendale!

I use a Tablespoon of Smoked Paprika in with my flour cornstarch mixture which is half and half. I also like the premade packet of spicy fried chicken as I don't keep spicy spices around (I haven't tried taco powder(Store bought.)) It don't matter who you are, rich or poor. There is just something about chicken fingers/strips that make you eat till you pop. Oh and I use Canola Oil as some of my friend that I invite over have a peanut allergy.

Worked at a cajun/creole place where we did fried chicken in beef tallow fryers. Best chicken I've ever tasted, and the fries that came out of that fryer were next level too. Mixing blackening spice into the dredge was great for extra flavour too.

Huge trigger warning for misophonia. I love this channel, I love Community, I love chicken fingers. As a misophonia sufferer though, I was not prepared for the sequence of mouth sounds into the mic. This is the comment I was looking for. I detest pickles, and I can always tell when chick fil a copycats use the juice. Since I adore chick fil a instead of throwing it up, I am certain no pickles juice is involved.
